Notes about the wiki install.

• I like the Flat template if I can make it work. There are things I didn't do to set it up right
• The Case of the Unindented List - I broke unordered lists somehow and they don't indent.
• Get a blog thing set up instead of using the calendar.
• - The server time is on UTC so my blog and such are on UTC and I don't care for that.
• TODO - Add the abbreviation plugin
• Template Notes - Notes on Templates and what does/doesn't work.
• Plugin Notes - Notes on why I do or don't use plugins. The don't is for ones that broke things or I tried and didn't like.
