Super Simple Meditation Outline
- Sit and know that you're sitting (should link to something about being present)
- Place your attention on your breath
- Notice when your mind has wandered (it will, everyone's does).
- (I'd like to use the word distracted to tie with the next line but I also like saying the mind wandered as that makes it clearer that the distraction is internal)
- Let go of the distraction and return your attention to your breath.
- That's the outline, I'd like to link expansion of various bits as well.
- e.g. the goal is not to clear your mind.
- the goal is not to relax
- the goal is not to connect to the universe
- the goal is to be HERE, NOW.
- Meditation Disclaimer? There are lots of types of meditation, blah, blah, this one is really common.
