It's All In Your Head

Everything you see and hear and taste and think and feel and… everything, it's all in your head.

There's a computer screen in front of you right now, right? Is there? Where do you experience the computer screen? In your head. Light travels from the screen to your eyes and they do some stuff and your brain interprets that and you “see” the “screen”. But the seeing happens in your head, and “screen” is an idea in your head, and “light” and “eyes” are more ideas in your head. As far as you can really tell, you are a space in which things happen. The things that happen make it appear that there are physical objects that exist outside of that space, but your experience of them is always and only in that space. So do the things exist? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Doesn't matter, best to assume they do and get on with life.

The important thing is understanding that it's all in your head. The entire universe is in your head. Your entire universe is in your head, but what about the things in my head that you don't know?
