The Case of the Unindented Lists

I broke unordered lists somehow and they don't indent.

    • item 3a1 is even more indented

See! I thought this was a Bootstrap3 template issue but I use that at work and it's not broken there. Now I'm using the Flat template and while the bullets show up (they don't in Bootstrap3) they aren't indented. Except(!) that they ARE indented in the side bar. Or are they?? The bit I'm referring to is a list generated by NSpages so maybe it's not using the same formatting. 🤷‍♀️
