Notice when your mind has wandered (it will, everyone's does).
(I'd like to use the word distracted to tie with the next line but I also like saying the mind wandered as that makes it clearer that the distraction is internal)
Let go of the distraction and return your attention to your breath.
That's the outline, I'd like to link expansion of various bits as well.
e.g. the goal is not to clear your mind.
the goal is not to relax
the goal is not to connect to the universe
the goal is to be HERE, NOW.
